Use of the Site and Services 1.1 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site and Services. By using the Site and Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. 1.2 Account Registration To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. Reservations and Payments 2.1 Reservations Reservations for rooms at Osda House can be made through contacting us directly via our WhatsApp, phone lines, or by visiting our Site. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Osda House. 2.2 Payments All payments for reservations must be made in cash at the guest house unless otherwise agreed upon. Different payment methods can be arranged upon mutual agreement. 3. Cancellations and Refunds 3.1 Cancellation Policy Our cancellation policy is specified on the Site and may vary depending on the type of reservation. Please refer to the specific cancellation terms at the time of booking. 3.2 Refunds Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of booking. 4. Intellectual Property 4.1 Ownership All content and materials on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Osda House or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. 4.2 License Osda House grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site and Services for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. 5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 5.1 Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. 5.2 Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site or Services shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre. 6.
